Helping you access support for your care—without the confusion.
At AIO THERAPY, we’re here to make looking after your health easier, not more complicated. That’s why we happily support clients who are eligible for Medicare-subsidised osteopathic care through a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, previously known as an EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) plan.
If your GP has referred you under one of these plans, you may be entitled to up to five rebated sessions per calendar year to help manage a chronic condition.
What does this mean for you?
It means the government may cover a portion of your treatment cost for up to 5 sessions with us—making it more affordable to access quality care for long-standing injuries, pain, or conditions that need ongoing support.
Common reasons people use this include:
Ongoing back or neck pain
Arthritis or joint degeneration
Repetitive strain injuries
Post-surgical rehab
Chronic headaches or migraines
Long-term sports injuries or recovery needs
How it works?
Visit your GP – Ask if you're eligible for a CDM Plan. If appropriate, they’ll create one for you and provide a referral to AIO THERAPY.
Book your session – Once you’ve got your paperwork, give us a call or book online. Make sure to bring your referral along.
Claim your rebate – After your session, we’ll process your claim through Medicare. The current rebate is approximately $58.30 per session.
Please note: The full session fee is paid upfront, and the rebate is processed back into your account.
We’re here to guide you
If this all feels a bit confusing—that’s totally normal. We’ve helped plenty of patients navigate the process, and we’re more than happy to guide you through it too. Just ask!

Osteopathy is a hands-on, whole-body treatment approach that focuses on how your muscles, joints, and nervous system work together. It aims to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing processes — without relying on medication or surgery.
Osteopathy can be used as a standalone treatment or alongside other healthcare approaches. Many people see an osteopath in addition to their GP, specialist, or physio, especially when managing complex, long-term or recurring issues.
At All In One Therapy, we’re happy to work collaboratively with your existing healthcare providers to ensure your treatment plan is cohesive and supports your overall wellbeing.
